Enriching lives through the built environment

My interest in architecture and the built environment began in kindergarten with my first set of Legos.  It was a house with a working garage door and red shingle bricks that I built by meticulously following the instructions.  I was devastated by its accidental destruction but quickly discovered that I could build anew from my own mind and creativity.  A lifelong appreciation for architecture and the desire to contribute to the built environment was fully awakened.   

Attending the College of Architecture at Kansas State University, my interest evolved to more fully understand the impact of architecture on the people that occupied and used the spaces that we hoped to create.  This understanding formed my early passion for creating design solutions for people through fully expressed architecture and design.

My career has joined to that passion an aptitude for business and the expansion of skills through exposure to commercial real estate, construction, project and transition management, business development, and organizational leadership.

As the next step of my career, I am seeking a senior level position where my organizational leadership and business development skills combined with my expertise in architecture, project and facility management, real estate, and construction can enhance organizational success.
